We have received a concerning amount of feedback from fans that are not able to access EP2. We can fix the issue two different ways. Holodexxx Home was built to be launched through the Itch.Io launcher, so we highly recommend that method. If you do not want to use the launcher, we will help you install the episode manually. 

Keep in mind, Installing the episode manually will require you to update Holodexxx Home manually (and with bi-weekly updates, that can get annoying pretty quickly).

Super Fast And Easy Approach: Itch.io App

1) Install the Itch.io App

2) Once complete, login with your Itch.io account

3) Install Holodexxx Home + 1 & Holodexxx Home EP2

4) Success!

Manual Installation

1) Download both Holodexxx Home + EP1 and Episode 2 from their itch.io webpages into the same folder. You should see these files:

2) Unzip holodexxx-home-ep1-windows.zip into the same folder. Now you’ll have a new folder called “holodexxx-home-ep1-windows”

3) Create a new folder called “hdx-home-ep2” to store the Episode 2 .pak file

4) Place DLC_Episode02.pak inside the hdx-home-ep2 folder

5) Your download folder should now look like this:

6) To launch the game, open the holodexxx-home-ep1-windows folder and double click HDX.exe

7) Enjoy! And consider simply installing the Itch.io Launcher because it's awesome! :D
